Hello Guys! I really apologize for not saying anything in a ehile lately, even though I'm still active... I had a very hectic month, starting it all with a family tragedy that pretty much knocked me out of my businesses... my maternal grandfather died suddenly at the 2nd in the morning and with him being one of the most powerful presences in my life, the experience pretty much shocked me... between the funeral, the Novena, and taking care of my grandmother's well-being while my brother works on remodeling her house, I haven't had much time to think about myself until the last couple of weeks... I've been trying to keep myself busy and entertained of course, keep the composure and all, but all of you who have passed through similar experiences know it is really hard to get back on track. I hope you understand.
Among the things that have kept me busy lately, I've recently been introduced (finally) to the joys and wonders of Lettering, AT LONG LAST... I'm so entranced by it, I just keep writing random words using my markers on my sketchbooks, then redrawing them, and so and so on... since my brother is getting married in a couple of weeks, I've offered to make a "Just Married" sign, which is hard considering I'm just an amateur, but I'll pull it through nicely, I think. Those who follow me on Instagram know what I am talking about. Straight after a really wonderful Lettering Workshop last Friday and Saturday, I went with my sister and some friends to Puerto Vallarta this week so I'm somewhat refreshed, albeit a little sunburned on the legs... I'm back to working hard, thinking about my goals on short and long-term, and doing the best I can.
I'm trying to save for my personal expenses while studying Japanese next year at wellyouprettymuchknowtheobviousthingi'mnotgonnagostudyjapaneseinitaly, which means, yes my commishes are still open! ^^ They are cheap and cute and made with love! Please check the deviation below if you are interested in a commission by me!
