This was originally a one-inch-sketch I did during vacations and used for my custom sketchbook, and even though it didn't make it to the final outcome, it is included in my Process page (where I pasted all the sketches and things I used and described the materials)
Azure is Raine's Sapphire Fairy. She allows her to transform in all sorts of magical magical costumes with epeek duel powahs. Kinda shugo-chara.
